Ryan Gosling has not really been thought of as a lean, ripped body. He does not have the body that everyone’s desperate to have.This all improved when his new movie came into the picture.What movie is it?Yes, It’s Crazy Stupid Love.

From the title. You might think this is a sappy teen flick.
Not true.
I had the specific pleasure of viewing this movie last weekend (my girlfriend compelled me), and I can honestly say its one of the best comedies I’ve seen in a long time.Without carrying out any spoiler offences, I’ll only say that it contains perhaps the funniest scene in a movie ever since the turn of the century.
Comedy isn’t the only thing that sticks out in this movie.Ryan Gosling went shirtless for a few scenes and everybody can’t help but go crazy over his newly developed body.
The Insane Ryan Gosling Workout
Naturally, we all want to know what he did to get in such a fit condition, and many are astonished he only had a couple of months to prep for the role.Stay tune and you’ll know very well what his workout routine is.
Gosling concentrated on incorporating lean muscle mass in the right places, and did short, but very intense cardio workouts to cut down the fat.
Many people think that it is best to imitate the work out of a bodybuilder.Is there a problem with that idea?Yes as such routines concentrate on your legs.Bodybuilders preach that the amount of hormones released by heavy leg workouts make it easier to gain muscle.This may be true but following such workouts can supply you with huge legs.This is not the workout that Ryan Gosling or any other celebrities need.
Their routines focuses more on creating muscles in all the right places.This way, they’ll bode well both shirtless and fully clothed. Of particular relevance is working the upper back. This will give you a ‚ÄòV’ shape (it also has the nice side effect of developing your waist appear smaller).

Day 1 and Day 4 – Chest, Arms
Incline Dumbbell Fly’s: 3 sets of 8 reps
Weighted Dips: 3 sets of 12 reps
Weighted Pull-ups: 3 sets of 10 reps
Execute 3 sets of Skull Crushers with 12 reps each.
Day 2 and Day 5 – Back, Shoulders
Weighted Chin-ups: 3 sets of 10 reps
Arnold Shoulder Dumbbell Press: 3 sets of 10 reps
Bent-Over Barbell Row: 3 sets of 8 reps
Conduct Side lateral Dumbbell Raises for 3 sets with 12 reps each.
Day 3 and Day 6 – HIIT Cardio and Abs
HIIT workout running outside (totally different from running on a treadmill): 30 seconds all-out sprint/ 90 seconds of walking continued for 20-25 minutes.
5 minutes of the Plank (with breaks).
Seventh Day-Time To rest
For this reason workout, Ryan Gosling now only weighs about 180lbs. He managed to reduce his body fat percentage into 10% which in such a short time frame.
